Brick Entry Steps and Walkway for River Hills Home
After years of neglect, the original brick steps and walkway in front of this home had fallen into disrepair. The bricks were no longer usable due to too many being cracked from decades of freeze/thaw cycles. We recommended a brick with slight color variations to tie in with the old brick remaining on the facade of the home.
Instead of the squared off steps the house originally had, a new arched entry step design creates a larger landing than the original. To create a smooth transition to the concrete driveway, our brick masons installed a a brick walkway in a traditional basketweave pattern along the front of the house. The result is both classic and homey.
